Boulder Lodge: 140 S Benjamin Drive, Stateline, NV

Free parking is available at the California Main Lodge and Boulder Lodge. Paid parking is available for the Gondola location near the Heavenly Village (please keep in mind that parking tends to fill up quickly on weekends and peak season periods)

  • Waterproof snow pants, jacket, and mittens/gloves
  • A face mask, scarf, or neck gaiter
  • Goggles
  • Helmet (recommended)
  • Sunscreen
  • One pair of ski socks
  • Dress in Layers: the temperature may change during the day and the sun is strong
  • Bring your lift ticket if it is not included in your lesson reservation. All lesson participants need a lift ticket.

Please be wearing your ski or snowboard boots when you arrive for your lesson. Rental equipment, if applicable, must be picked up prior to your lesson start time.

A credit card is required to book all lessons. If you wish to pay cash, you may do so in one of our Ski and Ride School sales offices at the time of booking, but you must still provide a credit card to put on file

For advanced reservations, your credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to your lesson start time, and an e-mail receipt will be sent to you

Lesson reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time, or a cancellation fee will be imposed. If you cancel (within the 24 hour period) and we are able to re-book the instructor, a $100 processing fee will be charged. If you cancel and we are unable to re-book the instructor, the full price of the lesson will be charged to your credit card. The cancellation fee may be waived if the lesson is rebooked for an alternate date. You can change or cancel your reservation by calling 1-800-Heavenly; option 7, or in person at one of our sales offices

Lessons are non-refundable due to weather. If we cancel your lesson for some unforeseen circumstance, we will issue a refund

*Gratuities for coaches are not a requirement, but an appropriate and appreciated gesture. A 15-20% gratuity based on the cost of the lesson will make your coach feel very appreciated and valued
