Heavenly Child Care

You ski and we’ll play. Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers receive high-quality personalized care year-round at Heavenly. Children aged 6 weeks to 6 years enjoy a play-based, fun, learning environment led by our caring professionally trained staff.  Choose daily or monthly care, including our Community Care program. Have a 3- or 4-year-old? You can add our optional ski lesson component taught by talented young child specialist snowsport instructors recruited and trained in the prestigious Heavenly Ski & Ride School and selected just for this program. Let us get your littles primed to love the snow.

Our early childhood development trained & educated staff provide care, instruction, supervision and fun perfect for kids ranging from infants to six years of age. Children are offered a diverse day of activities including art, science, circle time, puppet play, storytelling, rest time and indoor/outdoor play. This program does not include ski lessons.

Infant/Toddler (6 weeks - 30 months)

  • Full Day 8:30AM - 4:00PM (includes two snacks & lunch): $250
  • Half Day AM 8:30AM - 12:00PM (includes AM snack & lunch): $225
  • Half Day PM 12:30PM - 4:00PM (includes PM snack): $225

Preschool (2.5 – 6 years)

  • Full Day 8:30AM - 4:00PM (includes two snacks & lunch): $225
  • Half Day AM 8:30AM - 12:00PM (includes AM snack & lunch): $195
  • Half Day PM 12:30PM - 4:000PM (includes PM snack): $195

We offer childcare for our local community members.
The rates listed below apply with a one-month minimum commitment. Year-round care is available in each classroom. Space is limited during the winter ski season (November – April).

  • Infant/Toddler – $80/day
  • Preschool - $65/day

What to Bring

Infant/Toddler Classroom

Complete supply of diapers & wipes for each day
Formula/breastmilk & bottles
Any food or snacks* - full meals are provided for children 12 months and older
Items for naps (i.e. blanket, sleep sack, pacifier, comfort item)
Change of clothes
Snow clothes for outside play (snowsuit or jacket & pants, boots, hat & gloves)

Preschool Classroom

Complete supply of diapers & wipes for each day (if not potty-trained)
Change of clothes
Items for nap (i.e. blanket/comfort item)

Ski & Play

*We are a nut free facility, please adhere to this policy when packing a snack for your child

Cancellation Policy

  •  Your credit card will be charged the full amount due the day prior to your reservation first day start date.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the start date in order to obtain a full refund
  • Changes or cancellation to a reservation up to 48 hours of the start date will be charged a $75 fee per reservation
  • No Call/No Shows or same day cancellations (for any reason) will be charged the full amount regardless of weather or illness
  • No refunds due to weather or illness

Illness Policy

If your child is ill, they will not be admitted to Heavenly Day Care.

Ski & Play - 3-4 yrs

The Ski/Play program is perfect for kids ages 3-4 who are ready for an introduction to skiing. Children will participate in a 2.5-hour ski clinic where they will be put into groups of four led by an instructor. The remainder of the day will be spent partaking in indoor and outdoor play activities at the day care center.
**Your child must be fully potty trained to participate in the ski lesson**

  • Full Day 8:30AM - 4:00PM (includes two snacks & lunch): $300 - Drop off by 9:30AM – This price does not include rentals
  • Full Day 8:30AM - 4:00PM (includes two snacks & lunch): $353 - Drop off by 9:30AM – This price includes rentals (skis, boots, and helmet)
  • Half Day - To book for half day go to Child Lessons
    • Half Day AM 10:00AM - 12:30PM - Please check in no later than 9:45AM
    • Half Day PM 1:15PM – 3:45PM - Please check in no later than 1:00PM
