Cancellation Policy
Heavenly Child Care requires a 48-hour cancellation or change notice. Without a full 48-hour notice you will be charged a $75 service fee. Same day cancellations or any no call no shows for any reason, including weather or illness, will be charged the full amount of each child's reserved program.
Weather Policy
Weather can be very unpredictable. There are no refunds due to weather conditions. If your reservation is specifically dependent upon snow conditions please keep in mind the 48-hour cancellation policy still applies, regardless of the weather, as there are many other Tahoe activities you could participate in while we are still providing care for your children.
Late Fee Policy
Late fees may be assessed at $1.00 a minute past your child's designated pick up time. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sick Policy
If your child is sick, he or she will not be allowed to attend Child Care. Children must be 24-hour fever free. They must also be clear of congestion and infection. Signs and symptoms that exclude a child from attending the program may include but are not limited to: colored mucous, excessive diarrhea, fever, change in behavior, lethargy. If children show signs of illness while enrolled, parents will be contacted to pick up their children early.
Discrimination Policy
It is the policy of Heavenly to not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, sex, physical handicap, religion, creed, color, national origin or language.
Child Care Cancellation/Change Policy
