We received 12-18" of snow at our base and 24-30" up at our summit overnight, and it is still snowing! We are expecting the snow to continue throughout the day adding an additional 1-3” of snow.
While they are expected to calm down later this afternoon,an winds are currently very strong and will likely impact our lift operations this morning. WE ARE STARTING ON WIND HOLD
We have two new lifts scheduled to open today: Big Easy chair, accessing Big Easy run for additional beginner terrain, and Comet Chair, accessing upper Comet and the return to Tamarack. Also scheduled to run are the Gondola, Tamarack Express and Dipper Express, giving access to seven runs and seven lifts.Winter is in full force!
In spite of all of this great snow, we’d like to remind guests that early season conditions exist and to remain only on designated groomed runs.
Temperatures are going to stay cold throughout the day with a high of 15-20 degrees at the base and 5-10 degrees at the summit. Please stay warm as you enjoy the snow!
First Gondola is scheduled to run at 8:30 a.m....Check out Big Dipper (untouched by groomers!)
