Heavenly has rolled back prices for its 2009/10 ski and snowboard season passes and the deal is still unbelievable! Heavenly Season Pass Benefits

  • Skiing and riding seven days a week at Lake Tahoe's largest ski and snowboard resort (blackout days apply).

Blackout Dates for all Heavenly Snowboard or Ski Passes
These blackout dates apply to the Heavenly Pass. The Epic Pass allows lift access during blackout dates at Heavenly.

  • Thanksgiving:
    Friday and Saturday, November 27 and 28, 2009
  • Holiday:
    Sunday - Thursday, December 27 - 31, 2009
  • Presidents' Weekend:
    Saturday and Sunday, February 13 and 14, 2010

Now, Vail Resorts is making that dream a reality with the Epic Season Pass, an unlimited, unrestricted season pass that's valid for the entire 2009-10 ski and snowboard season at five of the top-rated resorts in the world: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Heavenly.

Season Pass Restrictions

  • There are NO REFUNDS on any of Heavenly's season passes.
  • Heavenly season passes are not transferable.
  • It is illegal for anyone other than the passholder to use the pass.

Pass Fulfillment

  • Renewal - Heavenly Pass: If you are a current Heavenly Pass holder and renew online, your pass will be automatically loaded onto your existing season pass card - nothing will be physically shipped to you. If you are not in possession of your season pass, please stop by the Season Pass Office at the resort with a valid photo ID to receive a new card. Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • New Purchase - Heavenly Pass: Your season pass will be shipped to you before the 2009/2010 winter season begins or after your pass is paid in full. If you are a new pass holder, you will be required to upload a photo of yourself to be printed on your pass. You will receive an email with instructions and specifications for uploading your photo. Your pass will not be mailed and you will not be able to ski or ride until your photo has been uploaded and approved by Vail Resorts staff. Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If you purchased a new Heavenly Pass (paid in full) and intend use your pass this Summer 2009, you are required to visit a Heavenly Ski Resort Season Pass office with a valid photo ID. At that time, you will be required to sign a release of liability form and have your official pass photo taken to receive your pass. Minors, ages 18 and under must bring age verification (birth certificate, passport, shot records, etc) to receive a pass. You will not be able to use your pass beginning this summer until you have your photo taken and your pass issued.

Please Note:
As of Monday, 4/20/2009, the Gondola Season Pass office is the only office open for the summer, from 10am - 4pm. California and Stagecoach Season Pass offices will be closed until the Fall.
