Vail Resorts Management Company is against all forms of spyware and adware. Spyware is software that gathers information about what you do on the Internet. Adware is software that can cause you to experience annoying pop-up windows on your computer. Vail Resorts does not "spy" on other programs you run or websites you visit. The SnowMate application does not come bundled with any third party software that may capture or collect personal data. Vail Resorts is committed to protecting the personal privacy of its guests.
