Summer Activities at Heavenly Mountain Resort
Summer is a great time to visit Heavenly Mountain! We offer a variety of Lake Tahoe summer activities perfect for your whole family including sightseeing, dining and hiking. Take a ride up the Heavenly Gondola and experience all the summer fun Heavenly has to offer. Adventure Peak activities subject to change based on snow and weather.

June 14 - September 2 (10:00 am - 5:00 pm, daily)
September 3-29 (10:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Ride the Heavenly Mountain Gondola
A 2.4 mile ride up in the Heavenly Mountain Gondola will leave you breathless as you take in panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. On your way up, stop at the Observation Deck for photos, a latte at Cafe Blue or a unique Heavenly souvenir at The Gondola Sports shop. Once you get to the top, head up the Tamarack Express chairlift with your Scenic Gondola ticket for some of the best views of Lake Tahoe and access to a series of hiking trails, ranging from beginner to expert.
Grab lunch, an icecream or a cocktail at Tamarack Lodge to refuel and refresh with our Lift and Luch special. Adult/Teen/Senior Lift and Lunch tickets receive $15 dining vouchers, Child Lift and Lunch tickets receive $10 dining vouchers.

Summer Season Pass
Unlock the quintessential Tahoe sightseeing experience with unlimited access to the Gondola and Tamarack Express during the summer season. A Summer Season Pass pays for itself in under two visits. Head to a lift ticket window at the Heavenly Gondola to purchase your Summer Season Pass. Adventure Peak activities not included.

Tamarack Lodge and Bar 9150
Heavenly's newest 14,720-square-foot restaurant and lodge, Tamarack Lodge, offers guests indoor and outdoor patio seating at the top of the Gondola. With sweeping views of both the Nevada and California slopes of Heavenly in Lake Tahoe, it's the ideal spot to take an on-mountain break.
Lift and Lunch Special
Soar up the Heavenly Gondola for breathtaking views and grab a bite to eat at Tamarack Lodge. A Lift and Lunch ticket includes a scenic Gondola ride, Tamarack Express lift access and a dining voucher ($15 for Adult/Teen/Senior tickets, $10 for Child tickets). Purchase at the lift ticket window located in the Heavenly Village.

Lake Tahoe Hiking
After your ride to the top of the Heavenly Gondola, lace up your shoes for a variety of hikes beginning at 9,136 feet. Or ride Tamarack Express Chairlift for 360 degree views of Lake Tahoe, Nevada's Carson Valley and Desolation Wilderness. Trails meander through the forest thousands of feet above Lake Tahoe and range from beginner to expert. Grab a map and explore!

Heavenly Tubing Hill
Breeze down the amazing 500-foot-long hill, with a 65 foot vertical drop – without snow or water! A specially designed tubing surface on the mountain will keep you giggling and gliding all summer long.
$10 per person for 3 rides. Price does not include a scenic gondola ticket.
Minimum height requirement is 42 inches.
Outdoor Climbing
Rock Wall
Challenge yourself with an exhilarating scramble up our 25-foot climbing wall. The Auto-Belay system will help you experience the thrill of high altitude rock climbing in a fun, safe and controlled environment. Great for beginner through advanced climbers.
Rock Wall Ticket: $10 for 10 minutes per person
Minimum weight requirement is 45lbs
Climbing for Kids
For the younger adventurers
Spider Zone™ is an interactive climbing structure that allows children to explore, crawl, climb and slide in a protected environment. Children weave their way to the top and complete their climb by sliding back down an inflatable slide.
Spider Climber Ticket: $10 for 30 minutes per person
