Beginner Level 1

If you’re brand new to skiing/riding and do not have experience riding a chair lift, stopping or turning, then you would be in the “beginner level 1” category.

Beginner Level 2

If you have been skiing/riding once or twice before, are working on turns and ready to ride your first chair lift, then you would be in the “beginner level 2” category.

Intermediate to Advanced (3-9)

You’d be in the “intermediate to advanced” category or a level 3-9 if you can turn with ease – keeping skis parallel or using your edges on a snowboard - get on and off a chair lift and stay in control on most green, blue or black terrain.

If you fall into this category, we'll evaluate your skill level on-site at the beginning of your lesson and pair you with the appropriate instructor and group.
