Heavenly Resort offers two distinct Tahoe wedding venues: the Lakeview Lodge and Tamarack Lodge. Both of these amazing mountain top venues include a ceremony location along with a reception location, which is more convenient for your wedding guests. Lakeview Lodge
Your special day starts with a unique ride up the historic Aerial Tram to the private Lakeview Lodge located 2,000 feet above majestic Lake Tahoe. The 5 minute ride up to the wedding venue will astonish your guests before the festivities even begin.
The outdoor ceremony has a backdrop of the sapphire waters of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains. Say your “I Do’s” while your guests admire you and the natural views of this Lake Tahoe wedding venue.
There are numerous locations to take bridal party and family photos near the wedding venue. During that time, your guests will enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the outdoor deck while they continue to admire the views.
Lakeview Lodge offers two dining rooms, a large bar, and two outdoor decks to customize your special day and night.
Tamarack Lodge
The Heavenly Gondola transports your guests to the wedding venue from the Heavenly Village. Your outdoor ceremony will take place on the Observation Deck after the 15 minute gondola ride takes you to 9,123 and offers panoramic views of Lake Tahoe, the mountains, and the Carson Valley.
As you take bridal party and family photos your guests can take in the view and enjoy appetizers and drinks.
At the top of the Gondola you will find the Tamarack Lodge nestled in the mountain tops at 9,136. This LEED certified venue has a remarkable bar, incredibly high ceilings, and breathtaking views. The wall of windows offers mountain views from all of the possible 400 hundred seats. The outdoor deck is a great location for you to dance the night away under the stars. You will not find a wedding venue like this anywhere in Tahoe!
