2009/10 Group Lift Ticket Order Forms & Pricing Season

Use one of our online group ticket order forms for the season you will be visiting us (see order forms and date ranges in table below). Rates on order forms are only valid during the dates indicated. Acrobat Reader is required.

To qualify, all tickets must be purchased a minimum of 2 business days prior to arrival. Group tickets cannot be held for individual group member pick up. All tickets must be picked up by the group leader.

Complimentary Lift Tickets
Complimentary tickets can be earned by groups of 25 or more. For every 25 tickets purchased, the 26th is FREE. Complimentary tickets have no monetary value and are not transferable to other Heavenly product purchases.

The corporate discount program can save your employees cash!

No Black-Out Days!
The corporate discount lift ticket is good for the entire winter season. No black-out dates apply. This means your employees have the ultimate flexibility with our program -  it's even valid on holiday weekends!

Free Tickets!
For every 50 tickets purchased, your company will receive one complimentary adult lift ticket that is valid any time during the summer season.

Discount on Rentals!
Employees can also take advantage of our corporate discounted rentals. They can reserve their equipment ahead of time on-line and choose the location for pickup. Either at Any Mountain stores in the Bay Area or at any Heavenly Sports location. (Winter only)

No Ticket Lines!
Your employees will come back to work relaxed because they didn't have to wait in a ticket line. Employees and their families can go directly to the lifts with their corporate discount lift ticket.

Hassle-free Refund Policy
We don't expect you to pay for unused tickets at the end of the season. Return any unused tickets by April 23, 2010 and you will receive a full refund for any unused tickets.

Event Planning & Group Trips
The corporate lift tickets program is intended as an on-going employee benefit program and cannot be used for a one-time group trip. If you're interested in a corporate conference, retreat, or incentive trip to South Lake Tahoe,our resort sales staff would welcome the opportunity to assist you. For more details, call 775-586-4443 or register online.

Minimum Ticket Purchase
There is a minimum purchase of 50 lift tickets.

Easy Re-ordering!
You can order more corporate discounted lift tickets throughout the season, as often as you like (minimum ticket purchase still applies - see above).

Military Discounts

As a special thanks to our friends and family in the military, we are proud to offer discounts to members of the U.S. Armed Forces!

Discounted military lift tickets can be purchased at any Heavenly ticket window. An Adult one day ticket is $59 and a child (12 and under) is $31.

Note: The front line Military Ticket is available to military personnel with active or reserved identification cards, including Affiliates (foreign military working at US bases) in the following branches: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard. Tickets are for military personnel and immediate family members with dependent IDs only! The following do not qualify: retired in any branch of military, Department of Defense, or civilian contractors with any branch of military.
