Snowboard & Ski Rentals & Lessons
Special rates on equipment ski and snowboard rentals are available with the purchase of 20 or more tickets for your group. Arrangements may be made at convenient locations both on and off the mountain. Count on our rental team for fast, dependable service. Overnight equipment rental storage is also available at most locations. We can also arrange for group and private ski & snowboard lessons. Let us help arrange everything before your arrival!

Transportation
We are happy to assist with group air transportation, charter bus service, scheduled mountain or casino shuttles. We can provide custom quotes along with all the details. For transportation information on getting to Tahoe, please refer to 'Getting Here'.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Group lift ticket orders and payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the ticket start date. Orders and payments received less than two days in advance will forfeit applicable discounts and complimentary tickets. Retail lift ticket rates will apply for late orders or groups that fall below the 20 person minimum. Payment must be made with one form of payment, payable to Heavenly Mountain Resort. Separate payments made by individual members of the group will not be accepted. Note - some payment and cancellation policies vary depending on other package components, such as lodging, transportation or special skier service requirements. Travel Agents, Tour Operators & Meeting Planners
Group ski packages and lift tickets are available to travel agents, tour operators and meeting planners at reduced rates. Travel Agents must provide a valid IATA number to receive a discount. Tour operators and meeting planners must provide their company's Website address.
