We offer assistance with site selection as well as securing group rates. TransportationWe are happy to assist with group air transportation, charter bus service, scheduled mountain or casino shuttles. We can provide custom quotes along with all the details. Ski ClubsAre you interested in the enjoyment of snowsport activities including: skiing, snowboarding, cross country and telemark skiing? Well if so, you should look into joining a ski club! Most ski clubs belong to ski councils. Ski councils provide year-round activities to their member clubs which can include ski instruction, racing programs, social activities and inter-club trips. Don’t miss out on joining in on the fun! Visit the National Ski Council Federation website and see which clubs are available in your region!Payment and Cancellation PoliciesGroup lift ticket orders and payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the ticket start date. Orders and payments received less than two days in advance will forfeit applicable discounts and complimentary tickets. Retail lift ticket rates will apply for late orders or groups that fall below the 20 person minimum. Payment must be made with one form of payment, payable to Heavenly Mountain Resort. Separate payments made by individual members of the group will not be accepted. Note - some payment and cancellation policies vary depending on other package components, such as lodging, transportation or special skier service requirements.
